Alberta Mule Deer Hunts
Our mule deer hunting takes
place in November during the rut when the mature bucks are actively
searching for does and deer movement is at its peak. Mule deer
hunting at this time ensures the best opportunity for success.
The antler size of bucks we harvest is 165" - 190"+
B.C, with some scoring 200"+ B.C. Spot & stalk is the
most effective method we use for our mule deer hunts allowing
us to cover a lot of ground. Occasionally, pop-up blinds may
be used. Though we can tailor our hunts to suit anyone's physical
ability, hunters should be prepared to do some hiking to have
the best chance at harvesting a trophy mule deer.
We also offer archery mule deer hunts which can be combined with archery whitetail. This can be an exciting deer hunting adventure for bow hunters. Deer are easy to pattern and the chances of harvesting a Pope & Young deer are excellent.
Alberta Mule Deer Hunting Area
Our mule deer hunting
area is in the parkland of Alberta on private land owned by
local farmers. The hunting area consists of open fields and
mixed forests along the Red Deer River valley, which is known
for huge mule deer. Private access allows us to scout all
year for trophy mule deer and gives us exclusive rights to
hunt mule deer in this area. This means little hunting pressure
from local hunters, excellent trophy potential and guides
that know the area and mule deer that live here.
